Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MyHood account from the app or signed-in web experience. Follow the steps below.

1Open MyHood on your phone or sign in at www.myhood.tech
2Go to Account Settings (Profile → Settings)
3Select Delete Account
4Read the confirmation message carefully
5Confirm deletion by following the on-screen instructions
6Your account will be permanently deleted once the request is processed

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, wallet history, shop listings, messages, or other personal data associated with MyHood. Download anything you need before you proceed.

What Will Be Deleted

Your profile and account credentials
Shop orders, listings, and digital product records tied to your account
Jobs, gigs, services, events, and group memberships you own
Chat history and community content tied to your account
MyHood Cash wallet details associated with the account (subject to legal retention)
Saved preferences and personal data linked to your account

Data Retention

In-app deletion: Processed as soon as the request is confirmed
Email requests: Processed within 30 business days
Legal compliance: Some records may be retained for up to 90 days where required by law
Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be kept to improve MyHood
